Heath Anderson
Chief Executive Officer
Heath Anderson leads govfoundry and brings more than two decades of federal technology, finance, human resources, law enforcement, and legal experience. His public-service career includes executive leadership roles across the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and U.S. Capitol Police, where he served as CIO and Chief Privacy Officer.
He is a former local and federal police officer and U.S. Coast Guard veteran. His experience spans technology modernization, human capital leadership, privacy, mission operations, and executive decision-making.
Nicole Anderson
Chief Operating Officer
Nicole Anderson leads govfoundry operations, including finance, compliance, contracting, and team management. She brings more than twenty years of experience in federal information technology and program management.
Her career includes work supporting the Department of Justice, U.S. Coast Guard, and Drug Enforcement Administration, with a focus on law-enforcement missions, technology modernization, operational leadership, and organizational execution.
Jon Migas
Senior Vice President
Jon Migas leads service delivery and brings executive-level technology and public-service leadership experience. His career includes serving as CIO for the Architect of the Capitol and Deputy CIO at the U.S. Capitol Police, along with earlier leadership roles at the U.S. Marshals Service.
A retired U.S. Navy veteran, Jon combines strategic technology leadership with operational execution in complex, mission-critical environments.
